«Zenit» - sale of suburban real estate in the Leningrad region

Project Task
The customer set the task of developing a laconic and user-friendly website that would help the target audience select land plots and make transactions. A special request was to embody eco-style in the design.

"While discussing the options for implementing the project, we came to the conclusion that the site should be as simple as possible, not overloaded with graphics and interactive elements. The goal of the site is to help users choose a property, get all the necessary information and start making a deal. To support the environmental theme and evoke associations with fresh air and nature, we chose "green" as the main color."

It is made in the form of a landing page. The main blocks are right before your eyes.
On the next screen there is a map of the villages, so that the user can visualize the location of their future home as clearly as possible.
Unobtrusive animation of icons in the next block enlivens the design and helps the user get acquainted with possible options for plots.
Marketing blocks
The "Advantages" block is mandatory for projects of any functionality. We tried to make it as organic as possible, highlighting the priority indicators for the target audience.

Plot cards
Added internal labels to the plot cards to visually separate them by purpose.
Result
The result of the work was a beautiful, modern and functional website. We are confident that the developed modules and design solutions will help potential guests of the hotel to immerse themselves in the unique atmosphere and make a decision about booking.
