Rights of domain name owners:

  1. The registration of your domain name and any privacy and proxy registration services that you may use in this regard are governed by the provisions of the Top-Level Domain Administration Agreement concluded with an ICANN-accredited registrar.
    • You have the right to review this Top-level Domain Administration Agreement at any time, and also download and save a copy of it for future use.
  2. You have the right to receive accurate and accessible information about the following:
    • identification data of your ICANN accredited registrar;
    • identification data of all providers of privacy or registration services through trusted persons affiliated with your Registrar;
    • Your Registrar's terms and conditions applicable to domain name registration, including pricing information;
    • Terms and conditions applicable to any privacy services provided by your Registrar, including pricing information;
    • Customer support services provided by your Registrar and your privacy service provider, as well as ways to contact them
    • the procedure for filing complaints and resolving disputes with your Registrar, including in connection with all privacy services provided by them;
    • Instructions that explain the procedures used by your Registrar to register, manage, transfer, update and restore your domain name registration, including through any privacy or proxy registration services provided by your Registrar.
  3. Your Registrar does not have the right to send you unfair advertising and mislead you personally or through any privacy or proxy registration services provided by your Registrar. This applies to misleading notices, hidden fees, and any other actions prohibited by the Consumer Protection Act in force at your place of residence.

Responsibilities of domain Name owners:

  1. You are required to comply with the terms and conditions published by your Registrar, including the relevant policies of your Registrar, registry and ICANN.
  2. You are required to familiarize yourself with the current registration agreement concluded with your Registrar, as well as with all changes to this agreement.
  3. You are solely responsible for the registration and use of your domain name.
  4. You are required to provide accurate information for publication in help services such as WHOIS, and to update this data in a timely manner so that it reflects all changes.
  5. You are required to respond to requests from your Registrar within fifteen (15) days and keep your credentials up to date with your Registrar. If you want your domain name registration to be renewed automatically, you must also keep your payment details up to date.
